How To Block Rooms In Property Management System?

The "Block Room" feature allows you to reserve a specific number of rooms in the accommodation type for a certain period of time. This feature is useful when you want to set aside a group of rooms for a particular event, conference, or for any other purpose (maintenance).

Follow the Below Easy Steps To Block Room:

Step 1: Sign In to your HotelWeb PMS "Account"

Step 2: Visit the "Hotel Management" tab on your dashboard

Step 3: Click on "Booking Management" or Use the below link

Step 4: Visit "Booking Management" in Hotel Management System. 

Step 5: Click on the "Block Room" button.

Step 6: Select the Room Type and particular room to be blocked from your list.

Step 7: Add the Start date and End date to get a particular room blocked.

Step 8: “Select Block Reason” (For Example, Reserved, Occupied, Maintenance)

Step 9: Check details and click on the “SAVE” button.

By following this step you can block multiple rooms as per your need. Blocking rooms, ensure their availability and prevent other guests from booking them during the designated period. This feature is especially helpful for managing group bookings or ensuring accommodation availability for VIP guests or special occasions.
