User Management

Create & Manage Users

 

Overview:

 

Only Admins can manage users, admin can add, edit & delete users. 

Initial admin can grant permission to others. 

 

To access manage users-

Click on the profile section > User Types & Users

 

 

Create new user:

Click on profile section at top right hand side> User Types & Users

User Types & Users >Users

Under Users > Click add new user button

Fill in the details like name, email id, mobile number

Select user role 

And save to add a user.

 

 

New users get email id & password through email notification to access the dashboard.

 

Additionally,

Delete User- Permanently deleting user

Edit User- Change user access at any time to the new level

enable/disable access- temporarily restrict access or grant it back

Unlock user- regain access to unlock the user if the user forgets the password



Permissions:

Overview of permission given to general users-

 

Dashboard-

Stay View: View direct bookings

Add New Booking: add new bookings & get booking status

Bookings: View, edit, manage bookings

Analytics: View the total revenue of bookings

Inquiries: Handle & add inquiries

Rate View: Edit & manage rates 

 

Hotel Management-

Accommodation Type: View & add new accommodation type

Amenities: View & add new amenities

Seasons: Add seasons or holidays for rate change

Rates: Add new rates or edit as per season

Dynamic Rates: Increase or decrease rates as per season

Travel Agents: add new or edit travel agent details

Accommodations: Generate new accommodation

Rate Plans: Add or edit extra services

 

 

Booking Management: Payment, block room for any reason, add discount

Coupons: Add coupon code either fixed or percentage to give discounts for direct booking

Block Room: block room for maintenance, cleaning

Settings: General setting, email settings, media management

Payment: Integrate payment method

 

Reports-Generate & View all reports

Arrival List

Departure List

No Show List

Cancelled reservations

Guest Checked-In

Guest Checked-Out

Guest List

Inclusion List

Room availability

Revenue List

Maintainance block

Expense List
